AssuredBio offers the best spore trap analysis service.  While not as accurate, precise, or reliable as DNA-based testing, spore trap analysis is still widely used in mold analysis.  If you aren't ready to make the switch, we're here to provide you the best microscopic examination service possible.

Best Uses

Spore trap analysis has been the industry standard for mold testing for over 30 years. With inferior information relative to DNA diagnostics, spore traps are best used in mold testing where price is the primary concern.  However, DNA diagnostics will soon be more cost-effective than spore trap analysis as well, limiting relevance.  Call for more information on the next evolution of DNA diagnostics.

Swabs & Tape Lifts

Surface sampling analysis done right.  Determine mold at the genus level using swabs and tape lifts.  Even with the best analysis, we can't tell you the species of mold as we can with DNA.  This is a quick and easy way to determine if something you see during an inspection is or isn't mold.

Best Uses

Swabs and tape lifts are best for sampling a small surface area that you think may contain mold.  This analysis determines the genus of mold found, but if further information is required, DNA analysis is a better option.  DNA analysis can be performed on swab samples.
