The parking garage was flooded with 50,000 gallons of flood water from intense downpours.  The city sewage system failed and back-flowed raw sewage into the rising flood waters, which subsequently filled the garage.  When the waters receded, a test for coliform bacteria confirmed their presence in the flood waters.  Remediation consisted of power washing the entire 25,000 square feet of garage surface with a green antimicrobial product that does not affect the pH of reclaimed city water.  Following pressure treatment, the entire garage was fogged with reactive hydroxyl technology.
