  • The HYDRO-FOG® is a commercial grade, disinfectant fogging machine capable of utilizing all water-based, FDA–registered and approved-for-fogging cleaners. With its ultrasonic homogenizers, commonly referred to as “sonicators,” and toggle-enabled heating element, the HYDRO-FOG® provides tremendous versatility and potency. The use of a sonicator rather than the common atomizer gives the HYDRO-FOG® a competitive edge, creating particles of 5 microns or less in size. Compared to atomizer foggers which typically produce particles of around 20 microns in size, the use of sonicators drastically increases surface area coverage. When fogging chemicals such as peroxide, the heating element plays its part by effectively “activating” the peroxide, increasing its potency. The HYDRO-FOG® can be used across the commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare and residential sectors.
  • The Micro5 was pioneered to evenly collect aeroallergens such as pollens, mold & fungal spores, fibers, dander, insect components and other airborne contaminants. It has an exceptionally uniform collection trace and is designed to operate at a flow rate of 5 liters per minute.
  • The Allergenco-D IAQ air sampling cassette was developed for the sampling and collection of aeroallergens and bioaerosols for quantitative analysis of mold spores, pollen, skin fragments, insects, dusts, and other airborne particulates. It has a well-designed impaction trace and collects at a rate of 15 liters per minute.

  • The M-TRAP® is a unique air sampling cassette developed specifically for the rapid capture and analysis of airborne fungi, bacteria, and viruses using state-of-the-art DNA & RNA analysis. It embodies the next generation of capture technology for residential and occupation mold exposure assessment. The M-TRAP® excels where spore trap and agar impaction falls short —spore capture efficiency and turnaround time. The cassette is designed to follow a color-coded system. The blue striped  M-TRAP® are labeled to capture airborne fungi and bacteria. The red striped M-TRAP® are labeled to capture airborne viruses. M-TRAP® may be connected via 1/4” tubing commonly used with air sampling pumps that are currently on the market. It is also compatible with the Buck BioAire Pump and the Zefon Bio-Pump (an adapter is required for use of the Zefon Bio Pump).
In order to submit samples using our red M-TRAP® cassette, all clients must first contact the lab to complete an account form. Any and all shipping will be processed on weekdays during hours of operation. Any item purchased after 3:30 pm EST will be processed the following business day.

Learn how to collect your sample

  • The dust collector is a molded plastic device (with an inner capture basket) that fits onto the wand of most vacuum cleaners. Used to take samples of indoor molds and allergens. Click here for EPA sampling instructions for ERMI
  • The Return USPS Padded Envelope is highly recommended for anyone ordering a Big 2 test to ensure quality shipping and tracking. This envelope includes a return label, tracking, and insurance. (Two kits per return envelope is recommended so the envelope remains sealed throughout shipping process.)
  • This adapter was designed as an attachment for the spore trap cassette to ease inner wall sampling.  Comes in a pack of 10.
  • Now inspectors who operate under the Zefon Bio Pump can expand into DNA & RNA air sampling by using the M-TRAP® Zefon Bio Pump Adapter. The M-TRAP® is a unique air sampling cassette developed specifically for the rapid capture and analysis of airborne fungi, bacteria, and viruses using state-of-the-art DNA & RNA analysis. Simply attach your adapter to your Zefon Bio Pump, connect your M-TRAP®, and begin sampling! The M-TRAP® is compatible with the Buck BioAire Pump and can be connected via 1/4” tubing commonly used with air sampling pumps that are currently on the market (such as the MegaLite IAQ Air Sampling Pump). Any and all shipping will be processed on weekdays during hours of operation. Any item purchased after 3:30 pm EST will be processed the following business day.
  • Analysis of Swab or Tape Lift samples using microscopy. Same Day turnaround on projects with less than 20 samples if received before 2:00 PM EST. Regular turnaround time is 24 hours. Rush analysis available at additional cost of $25 per sample during regular hours of operation and $50 per sample for Saturday processing. *Analysis differs from qPCR Tests (like the Big 2 Test). The Direct Exam is primarily used to examine visible mold growth, while qPCR tests are used to examine samples of dust that may contain traces of mold and bacteria.* Any and all shipping will be processed on weekdays during hours of operation. Any item purchased after 3:00 pm EST will be processed the following business day.
  • EPA approved water analysis to detect – Quantification of Lead.
