• 1 500 mL sample collection bottle
• 1 Pair of nitrile gloves
• A Chain of Custody form to fill out when sending your sample back to our lab.

*Please consult your lender before purchasing a test. In some instances, a licensed third-party sample collector is required.

Turnaround Time and Shipping: 1 Business Days

• Any item purchased after 3:00 pm EST will be processed the following business day.
• Collection Kit(s) are shipped the same day an order is processed.
• Sample Turnaround time is the number of business days after sample receipt.
• Any and all shipping will be processed on weekdays during hours of operation.
