Facility & Staff Expansion

It’s an exciting time here at Assured Bio Labs, as we look to expand and grow our laboratory facilities and staff. Over the past several months, Assured Bio has purchased a 10,000 sq ft facility and grown our staff size by over 30%. We have started the process of building a state-of-the-art chemistry laboratory, in addition to keeping our microbiology lab up to date with the latest technology.

Assured Bio had been previously occupying a 5,000 sq ft space housed within our current facility. We have recently been fortunate enough to purchase the entire building, and are in the process of designing and building out our brand-new chemistry laboratory, as well as space for business offices. The chemistry laboratory, coming late 2021 or early 2022, will feature the latest technology in the industry to allow our clients to realize and harness the full potential of their inspection and investigation activities. Services offered may include, but are not limited to, product testing, VOC air testing, expanded water chemistry testing options, and many more. The new business offices will house our business and management teams, with space dedicated to client meetings. We are also constantly updating the technology in our microbiology laboratory to ensure our clients receive the highest quality analysis.

With the recent increase in laboratory space and volume of samples, we have also had the opportunity to grow our staff significantly. Over the past few months, we have brought in eight new employees to ensure we have the expertise and capacity to fulfill and go beyond our clients’ expectations. These positions include laboratory support and aide, laboratory technician, laboratory analyst, chemist, chemistry laboratory/facility manager, and business associate. We are continuously growing and anticipate the need to add motivated employees over the course of the next year. Ryne Dlouhy is the Sr. Vice President of Corporate Development at Assured Bio Labs. He earned a B.S. in Finance and Business Administration from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE in 2014. He has held positions in sales & customer service, accounting & finance, and previously served as the Vice President of Business Development at Assured Bio. He is also an entrepreneur who has started and built several successful companies, and enjoys the ongoing puzzle of helping businesses to grow and thrive. Ryne is a bluegrass guitarist and has served as a board member of the Great Plains Bluegrass & Old Time Music Association. He also enjoys volunteering at two summer youth camps, RFKC and TRAC.
