Microbial growth and mold are big problems in Tennessee crawlspaces. Our hot and humid summers, plus considerable rainfall, fuel microbial growth in crawlspaces. Microbes and mold often become airborne, and because of their tiny size, easily migrate into the living space of a home, where they may cause health issues for the occupants.
