What the Basic Water Panel Measures
This panel provides six water-quality measurements:
- Lead: concentration in the submitted water sample.
- Nitrate and Nitrite: individual concentrations.
- pH: acidity or alkalinity.
- Coliform and E. coli bacteria: presence/absence results.
What Your Kit Includes
- One 100 mL and one 350 mL sample collection bottle.
- Sampling and submission instructions.
- A Chain of Custody form.
- Laboratory analysis for the Basic Water Panel.
- A laboratory report delivered by email.
Follow the supplied instructions when collecting, packaging, and shipping your samples. Complete the Chain of Custody form and include it with your shipment.
Optional Prepaid Return Shipping Label — $40
Select this option before adding the kit to your cart. Assured Bio will include a printed prepaid label for shipping your collected water samples back to the laboratory.
The label covers the return shipment of one Basic Water Panel kit. For multiple kits, contact the laboratory to arrange return shipping.
Laboratory Turnaround and Reporting
Standard laboratory turnaround is 3 business days following sample receipt (the day your sample arrives at the laboratory is day zero). You will receive an email notification when your project arrives at the laboratory, followed by your results report when analysis is complete.
FHA, VA, and Other Home-Loan Testing
Confirm the required analyses and sampling procedures with your lender before ordering or collecting samples. Requirements can vary, and a licensed third-party sample collector may be required.
