This cassette us used to collect dust samples using a vacuum cleaner. The dust collector is a molded plastic device with an inner capture basket that fits onto the wand of most vacuum cleaners. Used to take samples of indoor molds and allergens. This sampling collector can be used for an ERMI analysis. The Environmental Relative Moldiness Index, developed by the EPA for 36 species of mold. The ERMI test is an industry standard that offers a highly accurate and easy-to-understand method for assessing mold presence and health risks in a home. This analysis was developed by the EPA with the sample collected by vacuuming dust from carpet. For non-carpeted spaces, select the Survey of Indoor Mold KIT (SIM). Key Features:
- Comprehensive Detection: This panel includes 36 mold species, with 26 linked to water intrusion events such as Stachybotrys chartarum, Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus versicolor, and Penicillium chysogenum. The remaining 10 species are exterior molds that act as the outdoor control.
- Carpeted Space Sampling: This test is specifically designed for carpeted spaces, with samples vacuumed from the carpet into a sterile dust collector (included with purchase). If your space lacks carpet, consider the SIM KIT, which tests for the same 36 mold species collected from dust on any surface.
- ERMI Score Included: The ERMI score, which ranges from -10 to 20, provides a relative moldiness index based on the levels of mold present. A higher score indicates a higher potential for mold-related health risks.
- User-Friendly: Receive an easy-to-understand report that clearly outlines the findings, helping you take informed action.

The HYDRO-FOG® is a commercial grade, disinfectant fogging machine capable of utilizing all water-based, FDA–registered and approved-for-fogging cleaners. With its ultrasonic homogenizers, commonly referred to as “sonicators,” and toggle-enabled heating element, the HYDRO-FOG® provides tremendous versatility and potency. The use of a sonicator rather than the common atomizer gives the HYDRO-FOG® a competitive edge, creating particles of 5 microns or less in size. Compared to atomizer foggers which typically produce particles of around 20 microns in size, the use of sonicators drastically increases surface area coverage. When fogging chemicals, such as peroxide, the heating element plays its part by effectively “activating” the peroxide, increasing its potency. The HYDRO-FOG® can be used across the commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare and residential sectors.

Quantification of Lead down to 3 parts per billion (ppb). In water, lead is odorless, tasteless, and invisible, and even low levels are considered dangerous to your health. Contamination comes from lead pipes and lead solder in plumbing infrastructure including service lines; changes in water chemistry can cause corrosion, leading to higher levels of lead being released into the water supply. EPA maximum contamination limit is zero; action is recommended for levels exceeding 15 ppb. Key Reasons to Test Drinking Water for Lead:
- Plumbing Infrastructure especially for homes built before 1986 and if pipes corrode.
- Health: lead a toxic and a carcinogen. Even low levels can cause developmental issues in developing babies and children, including cognitive impairment, behavioral problems, and reduced IQ. In adults, long-term exposure may result in kidney damage, high blood pressure, and other serious health conditions.
- Protect Vulnerable Populations. Testing is especially important in households with young children, pregnant women, or nursing mothers, as these groups are at a higher risk of lead poisoning and its long-term effects.
- Peace of Mind knowing your family is protected from the harmful effects of lead.

The Micro5 IAQ sampling cassette was pioneered to evenly and quantitatively collect mold & fungal spores, fibers, dander, insect components and other airborne contaminants. Deposition of particles/spores onto the adhesive is uniform in all directions due to spore trap design. The Micro5 is designed to operate at a flow ratee of 5 liters per minute for durations ranging from one to 10 minutes. Compatible with traditional vacuum pumps, as well as most portable units. Connect to a vacuum source with either a ½” or ¼” converter or directly with ¼” tubing.

The Mold Direct Exam, aka MoldScan. Sample is collected with a swab or tape-lift for a quick, easy, and low-cost solution for detecting mold in your home. Utilizing advanced microscopy techniques, this is the ideal option for a mold screening or preliminary investigation. When mold is detected, results are reported as present and qualitative amounts provided (low, medium, high) for 36 mold spores and other fungal structures. Which Collection Method Should I Use? Use a Swab
- For wet or heavily soiled surfaces
- Uneven, soft, and porous surfaces
